Delhivery Fintech Distribution Private Limited ("DFD", "we", "us" or "our") is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. DFD undertakes financial distribution and allied services, including FASTag-related services, telematics services, fuel card-related services, insurance distribution, and other allied services, subject to applicable registrations and legal requirements.
This Privacy Policy sets out how DFD collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information provided by individuals in connection with DFD's app, platform, website, or services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
2. Personal Information We May Collect
Identification and Contact Information: Full name, date of birth, gender, residential and correspondence address, mobile number, and email address.
KYC Documents: Government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, voter ID), address proof, vehicle registration details, photograph or biometric image as required.
Financial Information: Bank account details, UPI identifiers, payment instrument information, transaction history and recharge/payment records.
Technical and Usage Information: Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, OS version, log data, usage activity, and geolocation data where consent is obtained.
All collection is done in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
3. Purposes for Which Information May Be Used
- Providing, operating, and managing the Platform and services, including onboarding and transaction processing.
- Completing KYC and identity verification as required by applicable law or partner entities.
- Processing payments, recharges, and refunds.
- Communicating with you regarding your account, transactions, or enquiries.
- Sending service-related updates and notifications.
- Complying with legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations.
- Preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud or unlawful activity.
- Improving the quality and functionality of the Platform.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
DFD does not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with:
- Partner and Regulated Entities: Banks, payment system operators, insurance companies, issuer partners, for KYC completion, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Service Providers: Third-party providers for cloud hosting, payment processing, identity verification, or data analytics.
- Group Companies: Where legally permissible for operational, administrative, or compliance purposes.
- Regulators & Law Enforcement: Where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.
- Legal Advisers: On a confidential basis for professional advice.

DFD retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. Upon expiry of the retention period, information will be deleted or anonymised securely.

DFD implements reasonable organisational and technical security measures including restricted access controls, secure data storage, and engagement of service providers who maintain appropriate security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and DFD shall not be responsible for incidents occurring despite reasonable measures.

- Request erasure where permissible under applicable law.

- Raise a grievance with DFD's Grievance Officer.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. DFD does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of such services. Users are encouraged to review their privacy policies.
10. Updates to This Policy
DFD reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
